Shipping and Delivery

When will I get my order?
For regular products, all orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location and shipping method, delivery will take 1-10 business days once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

For products on backorder, we will fulfill and ship your order as soon as we restock, however, we are not able to guarantee any delivery dates.

Do you ship to the US?
Yes, but we only ship authorized products.
Can I update my shipping address?
Please contact us (info@gbmmedicalsupply.com) if you need to update your shipping address. However, we cannot update your address if your order has already been shipped.
Can I choose local pick-up?
Yes, you can choose the ‘local pick-up’ option during checkout. Please ensure your address is within BC.

Online Orders

I didn't receive any order confirmation emails.
Please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder. If you still have not received a confirmation email from us in 3-4 hours, please contact us (info@gbmmedicalsupply.com) and our customer service team will verify your order and payment.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Return Policy: All purchases from GBM Medical Supply website are final sale. Please note that you will not be able to cancel or refund your order if it has already been fulfilled or shipped. A small processing fee will be charged for any refunds. Please contact us at info@gbmmedicalsupply.com if you need further information.
What is the MOQ?

Why are some products not available online?

COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test Kits

Is GBM Medical Supply authorized to sell medical devices?
Yes, GBM Medical Supply is a Health Canada licensed supplier and distributor of COVID-19 rapid test Class IV medical devices.
Can the rapid tests detect variants like Omicron and Delta?
According to the manufacturer’s statements, Artron and Rapid Response are able to detect variants like Omicron. Roche can also detect any COVID-19 variants in circulation as of 29 November 2021 (including the Delta variant) without any impact on performance.
What if I get a positive result?
Please contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible. You will need to have a laboratory-based PCR test or a rapid molecular test to confirm your test results.
Can I use the result of the rapid test for travelling?
No, the test results cannot be used for travelling purposes. It is highly recommended to inquire with your airline and country of destination for the latest information.
